FAQ

What ages do you accept?
We accept ages 2.5-4yrs old. Children must be FULLY potty trained. Diapers/pull ups are not to be brought in. We know know accidents happen and ask that you always keep extra sets of clothing in case a accident does occur.

What do I need to have with my child, daily?
Breakfast (if needed), Change of clothes and sleeping mat.

What are your center’s Staff to Child ratios?
Our Preschool/Pre-K classrooms are: 1:6 ( Never over this limit)

How do you keep the spread of infectious disease at a minimum?
We have strict infectious control policies. Our staff is qualified to assess children and determine whether or not they should or should not be at the academy. The Bee Hive goes above and beyond with our daily cleaning. We do all of our own cleaning to ensure proper methods and sanitizing procedures are followed. We teach good hygiene, & proper hand washing daily.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday- Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

How do you accept payment & when is payment due?
You may pay via Check, Cash App, Zelle, or Cash.
Payment is due upon arrival each Monday. Students will not be allowed to stay for class until payment is received.

What meals are served?
We DO NOT serve Breakfast. We do serve lunch & 2 snacks.

Are you open during the summer?
Yes, our programs are available year-round to provide schedule consistency, maintain academic proficiency, and sustain social skills. Our summer schedule typically runs from the last week of May to the middle of August.

Can we change our schedule for the summer?
Yes, you do have the option to increase/decrease the number of days your child(ren) attend during our summer schedule. Tuition remains the same whether your child goes Full or Part time.

What do I need to have my child start Bee Hive Preschool?
Completed registration form with registration fee of $75.00, completed student packet with current physical and immunizations. If your child has an allergy or special healthcare needs, more paperwork from your pediatrician is required.

How do I register my child?
We invite you to schedule a tour of our school. You must schedule a tour prior to signing your child(ren) up.
This tour includes: visiting our classroom and speaking with the director/owner about the program.
The tour will provide an opportunity to:

Address availability and start date
After the visit you may reserve a spot for your child by filling out our registration form and providing a non refundable $75 registration fee. We will then provide you with the necessary forms to be completed and returned at your personal intake meeting.
